The Talamona brand was born in the 1970s thanks to the work of Cesare Talamona, a renowned craftsman from Oltrona (VA), who helped make the craftsmanship of Lake Varese known worldwide with his "Pipatt." Talamona quickly established itself as an international brand due to its creativity and the generous size of its pipes.

When Cesare retired at the venerable age of 85, he entrusted his work of “high Italian craftsmanship” to Paolo Croci. In 2007, Paolo purchased the brand and began limited production of pieces in 2010, respecting Cesare Talamona's wishes. Today, Talamona pipes remain high-quality, entirely handmade, and generously sized.
